ONE-YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
The Black Cypress Brake Backpack is covered by a one-year limited manufacturer warranty beginning on the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects involving the backpack’s seams, shoulder straps, and carrying handles when the product is used under normal and intended conditions.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, rips, tears, punctures, cuts, abrasions, misuse, abuse, improper handling, overloading, accidents, modifications, or damage caused by use outside the product’s intended purpose.
The tensioner straps and buckles are designed solely to compress the backpack and help keep stored gear secure, organized, and compact. These components are not intended to serve as load-bearing attachment points. Items should not be hung, suspended, or carried from the tensioner straps or buckles. Damage resulting from improper use of these components is not covered under this warranty.
Warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship as determined by Black Cypress Waterfowl. Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.
